after a first with the last order, the manager made contact, very nice man, who had left the honest review that I had left after the explanation where eating was let in he said he would sort and order again and see how eating was this time, had chicken cashew nuts, huhn was juicy and veg was perfectly cooked, the sose was absolutely beautiful, had Thai sweet chili again View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Soos:
I will NE /ER again dine at SOOS Chinese Restaurant in Mallow. The food is poor quality, laden with sugar and not authentic. They use commercial sauces, and charge horrendous prices. If you are not discerning, it is fine, located opposite Apache Pizza 's in an area of Mallow known for Radon emissions. For the same price one can eat extremely well at Yuan Ming Yuan in Cork City. Hands down best takeaway in mallow! Pad Thai my fav and they’re fried noodles are lovely!
Really good food and decent portions for the price. They have recently refurbed and it looks very nice inside. Catering for mainly takeout or quick sit in dishes for casual conversation now.

Great food and friendly stuff. But since u changed the packaging there's 1 less food and 2 you're packaging is NOT recyclable.
We order food from this restaurant regularly, and really enjoy it every time. It’s fresh, tasty and the portions are generous. There was a small issue with my order the other day, so I called back and within 10 minutes they had delivered an entirely fresh dish to our house! Fantastic service, a big thank you to all the staff. 5 star customer care
