The service was equally excellent, very friendly, attentive, and professional. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this restaurant. Looking forward to coming back again!

We were just in mallow city centre for transit while travelling and this was the only coffee shop open after 7pm. The coffee was great, also gas some apple pie... read more We were just in mallow city centre for transit while travelling and this was the only coffee shop open after 7pm. The coffee was great, also gas some apple pie which was also nice and warm. The lady who served us was extremely polite and very friendly and the staff were very nice. The atmosphere is kind of muggy and dark.

The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and they go out of their way to accommodate requests without any fuss. It’s also very reasonably priced for the quality you get. Definitely a reliable spot if you’re looking for good food, fast service, and a nice atmosphere. Plus its a BYOD restaurant

But the service was so bad we didn't go back for over a year, and we only live 10 minutes walk from the restaurant. The most recent visit was better than the previous three times. We were seated and then ignored as they served tables where people had arrived after us. But on a recent visit we were sat near the front of the restaurant and got served fairly fast. We've been eating out a lot more in Cork recently. But would prefer to eat locally if service gets better.
