We rarely saw our waiter.

I only wish we had the same exchange with the weatherman…cold and a little damp with no sunset.

I was exc... read more The food at this restaurant was excellent and the servers were great, but the host who seated us could definitely use more training in reading people. I was excited to try everything on the menu, but was surprised when the host suggested we sit at the bar even though the restaurant was empty. I ended up insisting on a table in the completely vacant section, ordering enough food for four people even though it was just my date and me. This initial interaction left a sour taste in my mouth, showing inconsistency in the business. However, the food and servers were fantastic. Perhaps they should consider having the servers handle the seating and initial interaction with guests, as they seemed to have a better grasp on customer service. The servers should also speak up to make up for any shortcomings from the host.

They have just ad... read more Located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Southern California, the sunset restaurant has a wonderful bar and the food is also very good. They have just added some outdoor seating as well as a second floor with seating viewing the beach and PacificOcean. Prices are very reasonable, and service is always good.

The salmon could've used some salt though, and there were no shakers at the table. The salad was tasty though. Still 5 stars based on location and service.
