My partner and I went out for a meal and sat by the window, enjoying a spectacular view. The service was excellent, with friendly staff. Our cocktails were delicious, just like the fresh bread. We both ordered clam chowder, which turned out to be surprisingly good. It was filled with mussels, celery, and potatoes, all in a perfectly structured soup. The view is stunning, but unfortunately, the food leaves much to be desired. If it helps with your decision, you’ll need to use valet parking to secure a spot. The service was good; they replaced our oysters, which were beginning to spoil, with scallops. Sadly, those only rated a 4/10 at best. Stunning ocean views, the friendliest service, and generous portions, with delicious oysters, Scottish salmon, and the best desserts! The hazelnut ice cream is amazing with the chocolate soufflé and the creme brulee is the perfect light and sweet. I’d skip the miso cod as there is not enough flavor to the glaze.
Everyone was exceptionally helpful this time. The valet helped us with taking a walker out and putting it back in for us. The waiter, Jamie, was extremely knowledgeable of the menu. We ordered the burrata, octopus, and crab/tiger shrimp salad. Lemon drop and jalapeno mezcal tequila margarita yummy too. View from our window unparalleled. Great place to celebrate a birthday.
