A visit to Finbar's is like visiting a pub in Ireland.A great night out was had by all with a cold beer, delicious pizza from Jen's and fantastic Irish music from the live band in a very cosy environment. The staff were also very friendly. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Finbar's Lounge Bar:
Very small space and it smells bad…!! The bar staff that served me where poorly presented and more interested in talking to each other… you’d hav to be drunk to enjoy this space with the live music 4 ft away… View all feedback.
I went to finbars tonight, but I saw that woodfired pizza that was the right winner today. finbars is a casual bar, w bands at some nights. the drink selection is good, much better than the local pub! haha jens wood-fired pizza was amazing! eat them today pizza. I had the finbars pizza and my friend had the candice pizza. if you in picturesque I would recommend this place. I meet finbars and that 4/5 together, because I don't find that on zomato. in the did I can not find many places on zomato here at the sunshine coast. and the bottle shop right behind finbars has a large selection of weeping, beer and apple wines.
Good pizza. I stopped a lunch here, although we didn't know what kind of eating they served when I tied a pint of guinness! many nice sounding pizzas on the menu, so we decided to go. we shared a pizza that was very nice, big was more than enough for us to lunch. food, service and guinness good! would go back.
Here on a busy Saturday night and we were happy to get a table. the place was packed when a band played, and the locals had in power. despite a long waiting period for a pizza it was quite delicious with a beautiful wood brand taste. the bases are prefabricated, but the beats were very fresh and the pizza was well baked. drinks in the pub are very cheap. will we have been back?
We had a drink while waiting for our takeaway pizza. The service was great and there was an interesting craft beer on tap. The pizza (which can be dine in) was yummy. We will be going back.
This is just a typical, fake Irish pub you might find in any town or mall or airport that isn't in Ireland. Pretty much just a bottle shop with a grim, charmless bar attached. The staff are disinterested and surly and the vibe is funereal. Recently, it seems the wonderful people who used to run the pizza place at the back left. Last time I was there, they were warm and friendly and the pizza's were fresh and lovingly made. Now, the current owners have made sure to suck the life out of that part as well. If you're really desperate for a drink in Maleny, grab a cask of wine and drink it by yourself at a bus stop. It will still be more enjoyable than sitting in this miserable, dank, unfriendly dive.
