They called the reception to clarify the issue. And they did not respond to our appeal. They only said that it was a dryer. Despite everything, we decided to go up to the floor above and heard the knock coming from every room on the 3rd floor. We entered one of them. And it turned out that there is a staircase, down which it is simply impossible to go down quietly. Comfort 0. Status is a vowel word only in the name, and in fact the rooms do not smell of status. I wish the owners to make better noise insulation, and visitors patience.
