What Shannon Wood doesn't like about Brasserie 1:
The salad buffet was quiet disapointing as a lot of various potatoes/pasta salads too salty and full of mayonnaise. Only one choice of dressing. It would be nice to see more interesting things like hummus, beetroot, crispy onions, croutons etc. The main's carvery meat was really great and I loved the selection of vegs with it but some of it were left on pass for ages so the yorshire pudding the potatoes all was chewy... We had a meal at the Brasserie on Valentines night. I was a little disappointed that there wasn't even a flower in a vase on the table. There were 2 options, Al La Carte menu or buffet 3 courses for £24.95. We opted for the buffet. There was alot of choice for starters, fresh prawns, meats, salads, breads.
