Ristronte Serena - Malden

Great food, intimate spot nice for special occasions. Proprietor and staff are very capable and pleasant with customers. Glad we tried this little local gem eager to try their next dining venue.

Maplewood's restaurant, which has unfortunately closed due to the sale of their building, is now collaborating with Exchange Street Bistro to continue serving delicious dishes similar to Serena's. It is inspiring to see businesses coming together to thrive during the pandemic. Rob, Pia, and the fantastic bartenders and servers are dedicated to taking great care of their guests, offering signature Italian dishes and tasty bar bites.

This restaurant serves some of the best seafood dishes I have ever had. The atmosphere is very cozy and intimate, reminiscent of a small Italian neighborhood. It's perfect for a date night or a quick takeout meal. It may be easy to miss, but make sure to keep an eye out for it when you're craving Italian food. So sad to see that this restaurant closed. We had only been a few times, but the food was always wonderful! I'm excited though that the Chef is going to be at Exchange Street Bistro! They are one of my fav restaurants too. I hope some of the menu items here show up on Exchange Street's new menu
