I've been going here for a few years and this is easily one of the best ramen restaurants in Boston. They have staples like Shoyu and Miso but then something unique like their Yuzu Shio or the rotating special (currently a house special spicy miso). I've been going here forever, and it's been my go-to ramen place in the Malden area. However, I went a few days ago for the first time in a while and it was drastically different. The portions were about half what they were before, and the prices increased tremendously. I paid $50 for two bowls of ramen that lacked in flavor compared to before. I miss the old Ebisuya. I've been a regular at this restaurant for years, and it has always been my favorite ramen spot. I would recommend it to anyone who would listen, claiming it's the best place around! Unfortunately, my last two visits have been disappointing, and I regret to say that I won't be returning. Ebisuya used to offer flavorful, delicious ramen at reasonable prices, but the cost has skyrocketed in a short time. What used to be priced at $15-$18 is now nearly $22-$25! The warm and vibrant atmosphere was enhanced by Japanese anime posters on the walls, but all of those decorations have been taken down. Ever since Ebisuya briefly rebranded as “Boston Ramen,” the place has lost its charm. I really miss the old Ebisuya—please bring it back!

It’s good ramen; wish they had some tofu options for toppings and the online ordering system isn’t working/loading at all for me. Anyways, I can only speak to the meatless ramen and it’s super tasty. Fresh noodles and good broth. Yum.
This restaurant is the best the food is amazing for people that need something healthy . The soup is delicious a for filling . I eat here all the time an would highly recommend
