Indeed the waitresses are smiling, helpful and give good advice regarding the menu, wine, etc. And what about the evenings which are really a plus and we can only have fun I recommend with my eyes closed, very pleasant and very clean places!

The rooms are well equipped, offerin... read more Hôtel L'Atelier de Donat: a pleasant stay, but some areas for improvement My stay at L'Atelier de Donat was generally okay. The rooms are well equipped, offering a certain comfort. However, a small table accompanied by two chairs would be a welcome improvement to make the stay even more pleasant. When it comes to billing, I found the system to be somewhat hit or miss. When an additional person is added, a supplement of €30 is applied, justified by increased consumption of water and soap, among other things. This approach seemed less than transparent to me. As for the restaurant L'Atelier de Donat, the experience was different. The quality of service and management of the dishes were disappointing. The announced ingredients of the MALO plate – perch, trout, prawns – were replaced without notice by two portions of trout and scallops, which completely alters the meal experience. Additionally, the only person in charge of service also appeared to be in charge of the kitchen, an understandable situation, but one that should not impact customer satisfaction. The establishment is positioned in a relatively high price range, and we can therefore expect a more rigorous service, whether in terms of service or respect for the dishes advertised. Better organization and more transparent communication with customers would improve the overall experience.

Thank you to the whole team for the quality service and especially to Lola (aka Lolita) who set the mood for us like never before! She installed a video projector for us to do karaoke, she pampered us, it was really great! We will definitely come back!!
