What Alberto Nicolis dislikes about Red Pirates:
As of February 2023, the restaurant has been completely demolished. This small establishment, once a symbol of the old Boracay, closed in May 2018 for the island's rehabilitation and never reopened. The building now stands in a state of disrepair, at risk of collapsing at any moment. From the back, you can see overgrown weeds and discarded household items, as shown in the attached photo. Jen's place is a haven. The beach garden is great but don't forget your mosquito repellent or you will be eaten alive
Used to be the only local bar in the island
