St. Marc Cafe - Robinsons Place Manila

I visited this restaurant after 10pm looking to have a late night coffee and read some books. It was Friday night so I expected it to be busy. The service was exceptional, as the staff asked me if I wanted to place my final order before they closed the shop because I was engrossed in my book. I would definitely come back again, as I enjoyed my peaceful stay and reading session.

Ayra at the service counter is the best when it comes to customer service in Manila. She is extremely polite, helpful, and respectful with a great smile that brightens up the day and makes the coffee even better. Coming from a customer service background myself, I don't get impressed easily, but Ayra has truly impressed me. She definitely deserves a 5-star rating. Keep up the great work, Ayra!

Me, my husband and our daughter had a quick visit in this place. We were so tired that time and wants to sit outside while waiting for our order. Gladly one of tbeir personnel assisted us, waited and serve our order. Kudos to your people Starbucks,

Food quality is okay, the same as any other starbucks branch. What I dont like about this branch is the amount of people that's always in it. I mean, it's not their fault of course but this is just a heads up for those who want to to relax and have a quiet time reading or whatever. You wont get it here cos it's always crowded. It's a challenge to get seated inside but the arrival of order is fast. If you're waiting for your car to arrive, this is a good place to wait since they have tables and chairs outside. If you're just planning to hang out and relax, you can visit the other branch in the middle of the mall; 1st flr, beside the escalator.

One of the worst lattes I have ever had in my life. It tasted like water with a hint of coffee and very little milk.
