They throw their... read more I have been to this branch COUNTLESS TIMES. Di ko na mabilang since college. I love Jollibee pero man I hope they fix their waste management. They throw their GREASE in front of the restaurant (well sa side which is their back gate already) facing the Street. Grabe tuwing dadaan ako masuka suka ako sa amoy. Nagcacause din sila ng baha sa area because of their improper waste management. Nakakadisappoint since they are a huge company parang wala silang pakielam. To people who are usually in Taft tapos lalakad kang paSDA I'm sure maaamoy mo talaga. Nagcacause sila ng bara sa drainage tapos kung magtapon ng grease around 8pm pa dinner time my gosh. Never na yatang natuyo yung sahig doon kakatapon nila. Okay sana tong branch na to pero lumang luma na. Needs renovation. Mahina aircon lalo na sa 2nd floor. Ang haba ng pila forevs pero mababait yung staff. I just wish they would improve more on their amenities lalo na sa air conditioning. thefoodinistaph.blogspot.com

So much sauce but little toppings.  I frequently visit this branch and this is one of the days that I didn't get to enjoy eating there.  And please have someone clean the toilets regularly. The female toilet stinks.

The last... read more As much as we love Jollibee (our usual go-to whenever we're lazy and just want our food delivered), this is by far the worst branch we've encountered. The last 2 times we've had our food delivered, both were late for more than an hour. I also hate the fact that they change items from your order if it's not available and they don't even bother to contact you to ask/inform you about it.
