If you are a... read more If you are in the area it is the best restaurant there is, you can enter even if you are not a guest. The service is very good, attentive and fast. If you are at the hotel they have room service. The dishes are well prepared and with fresh ingredients, the prices seem cheap to me, you can't compare it with a restaurant on the street, it's something superior, but I ate a huge fruit salad, pesto pasta, toast and water for €7 It seems to me a very good price knowing that you eat quality. I am amazed at how friendly the staff here, specifically in this hotel, is and I specifically thank Syukron, very professional, attention from 10 and he helped me with some doubts that I had and he always solved me, thank you! The qualities of the food sadly didn’t meet o... read more We encountered a little hiccup in our complimentary breakfast during our 2 nights stay in Santika Premiere Malang. The qualities of the food sadly didn’t meet our expectations of Santika Hotels’ standard. The Chicken Feet from the Asian Stall went bad and tasted sour (not fresh). It’s so dangerous and could cause food poisoning. The other thing that was spoiled during the breakfast was the Ketan Hitam from the bubur section. We talked to the F&B manager and she admitted that the quality went bad and they acc‘ed it before it was served. Despite the wide range of the food selection, nothing really stands out and truly disappoint us because we were looking forward to this stay. Nevertheless, Santika‘s service always been great and I hope this Note could be an improvement for Santika Premiere Malang. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
