What intan e likes about Saigonsan Rooftop Terrace:

What Bank W doesn't like about Saigonsan Rooftop Terrace:
I went to this restaurant with my friend to have a very late lunch (almost 4pm). We ordered Tom Yum, Pho, Mango sticky rice and thai tea. As for the Tom Yum, i found it to be a lil bland. I missed the aromatic punch that i expected from a bowl of tom yum. Pho was okay. Mango sticky rice was good but the coconut milk sauce ruined the overall taste, as it was too salty for my palate.
