Vamola - MALALBERGO

We (german-italo couple) have eben to Vamola last week and had an incredible lunch! The dishes were so delicious! Everything is 100% homemade, fresh and local. As the waiter told us, they don‘t buy anything, but produce everything on their own, f.ex. the bread. The cooking team puts a personal and modern touch to traditional and local recipies. The service was extremely friendly and let you feel very welcome. The restaurant is well-kept and in a relaxing ambience. The prices are more than reasonable and every cent is worth the meal you get. We will come back for sure!!!

Wonderful lunch stop when traveling from North to South of Italy or vice versa. It is just in 6 min drive from the highway. The place is very pleasant, nicely decorated and quite. Food is delicious as expected from Emilia Romana region, especially different types of pasta ragù or tortellini. They are also kids friendly and could adjust cotoletta recipe as requested.
