The staff in the cafeteria area are very clueless, otherwise a food store with luxury products and beautiful presentation

Tables are not cleared, when they are, the staff could not be bothered to even whipe the previous mess off them. The floor under the table is a pit.

The food is good and coffee is nice but its an absolute rip-off. €4.35 for 'large ' cappuccino! Actually a normal size cappuccino in most places.

Service very slow. Many anxious faces getting restless

I bought these chocolate fingers just last night. Discovered at home-after opening that they are disgusting and definitely not fresh. I decided to bring them back to the store today and ask for a refund. I had to deal with this rude manager, who carelessly told me that AFTER OPENING they don 't accept returns. I have mentioned that it was the only way to discover the condition of this product. She wouldn 't have listened to my opinion, asking me If I understood in English . After insisting to introduce herself, several times- she finally said-Ruth was her name. Terrible customer service skills. She has called God for help out loud -few times- and kept laughing even after leaving. Ridiculous experience. Never again.
