**Dining Experience at Local Restaurant: A Mixed Bag**

The local restaurant boasts a vibrant atmosphere and attractive breakfast specials, praised for generous portions and quick service. Many patrons enjoy the delicious soups and diverse menu options, with some highlighting the friendly staff. However, several recent experiences reveal significant flaws, including unsatisfactory hygiene, rude service, and unreliable WiFi. While some dishes impress, the inconsistency in quality and service leaves diners questioning their loyalty. Ultimately, for a place to thrive, a commitment to customer respect and food quality is essential, as mixed feedback may deter return visits from long-time customers.

So I generally go to this restaurant on my lunch break and normally services is great. But I 've noticed a running issue. when I go for pick up sometime, I 'm asked if I 'd like to leave a tip on the card. It depends on the day and service if I leave a tip. Personally, I don 't feel like it should be an obligation to tip someone who is not a waiter like that providing a service. Today I went and picked up and the girl was pleasant until I said thank you when she asked if I 'd like to put a tip. When taking my card, she didn 't say anything, but mm and rang me out. When she handed my card back still nothing and when she handed me my food, she all shoved it in my hands and shut the window in such a quick motion that I can tell that she was upset that I did not tip her Generally, I don 't write reviews and let sit situations like that experience, but it was very offputting

Ordered a large Greek salad to go. Salad was so throughly washed, but not dried and was so wet and gross and impossible to eat. Also, many pieces were already brown and pieces were so large they're imposs to eat. Extra feta? I don't think so. Only two blocks on my large salad. That was the only thing edible, besides the 3 olives in that large tray. I'll drive to Olympia Restaurant from now on. Total cost was almist $30 for a salad, extra dressing, feta and its unedible. I have to also add that as a local and that I have been coming here for almost 30 years and the last 6 or so the food has always been consistently inconsistent and usually terrible. I will drive to Olympia.

The time it took for service to acknowledge my family was pretty bad. We watched 2 dinner rushes come and go before we were finished our meal. The waitress was hands down the rudest server I've experienced in my 40 years. I don't write these often so take this for what it is. She gave me and my family at least 3 of the dirtiest looks I've ever seen and when she realize I wasn't happy with how she was behaving she started with apologizing about how busy it was. I will never come here again. The food is tasty but it's not worth this extremely rude experience. Not to mention the place is outdated and every time the people in the booth behind me moved at all my daughter and I looked at each other because the whole back of the booth moved. Don't recommend and actually apologized to my wife for suggesting we eat there.

Here’s a revised version of my experience at Pegasus. The owner, Louie Isihos, was unacceptably rude. When I asked for the WiFi password, things quickly went downhill. The open WiFi wasn’t working despite his insistence that it was fine. He said there were instructions on the door, but both the hostess and waitress confirmed there were none. When I pointed out the problem, he just laughed and admitted the WiFi was down, then refused to give the password for the alternative network. I understand Pegasus isn’t an internet café, but I had called ahead to confirm the WiFi would be working, and they guaranteed there would be no issue. The food was okay, but not worth the trip anymore. I want to note that I still tipped the waitress—she did nothing wrong and was kind and professional, as was the hostess. I’m not looking for praise, just fairness, since sometimes staff bear the brunt of customer frustration. Like anyone else, I work hard for my money and expect to be treated with basic respect. Unfortunately, Louie Isihos fails at that, and because of this, I won’t be returning to Pegasus.
