truly impressive Asian fusion in an inconceivable location, a museum. we tried different dishes and everything was delicious. it tasted more house style, but everything was something that they would find in an upscale restaurant. fish was super fresh, service was good and do not miss the dessert! highly recommended to try a bit of everything. our favorite in malaga!
Hear them food if they are ever in málaga, please visit oléo it offers one of the best modern Japanese gastronomy we have ever experienced foie gras, truffle, sashimi and everything in between. the service was on the point that we haven't seen for a while! a light, casual and cool ambiente, oléo is suitable for every day. toro roll (crab, avocado, fatty tuna, foie gras): we have added the foie to the fatty tuna taste. a really comforting bite. doa tartare with truffle: off-the-menu must orderthis is the best tartaric acid dish we had. each individual ingredient blended so perfectly, each of clearer meaning and its own essence butterfish, caviar salt, truffle: buttery, fresh and fat. we loved it. Vietnamese goat roll: really so that they contain the different cervicals to roll with the salad. millefeuille pastry: this is their best dessert choice. the top is caramelized, perfectly mixed with the cream. passion fruit mousse yogurt ice cream: tastes exactly how they would think. the mousse is light and fruity. the ice reminds us a quantity of yakult (probiotic milk drink), which is amazing!
