Vietnamese goat roll: really so that they contain the different cervicals to roll with the salad. millefeuille pastry: this is their best dessert choice. the top is caramelized, perfectly mixed with the cream. passion fruit mousse yogurt ice cream: tastes exactly how they would think. the mousse is light and fruity. the ice reminds us a quantity of yakult (probiotic milk drink), which is amazing!

The service was fantastic from start to finish, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was cool! They were playing some great hits. We had seats at the bar which were perfect for seeing the chefs put together some great dishes and also got some great insider recommendations from the chefs behind the bar. We had the mackerel ceviche which was so amazingly delicious! Pieces of fish with a little caviar and some ranch dressing on top of a lime. You eat the fish and bite the lime at the same time and get the most delicious bite. We had two of them! The sushi was fresh and we had salmon, tuna belly, and a lemon fish dish with truffles (my husband had two of those! . For dessert the chef recommended the cheesecake, normally I don't like cheesecake and strawberries but we got this and I was pleasantly surprised. It had savory notes from blue cheese and marscapone and was light, perfect end to a great meal.
