The menu is very small, but everything we ordered was exquisite, a 10. We start with some scallops, delicious with cucumber and apple salad, with lime, coconut and almond vinaigrette delicious. The beef tartare is very good and different, with mustard cream cheese, pickles and lots of parmesan The Iberian pluma with a mushroom and hazelnut sauce, exquisite, just like the risotto you have to try it For dessert, we loved the banana cake, with cinnamon crumble and toffee sauce Good value for money. The food, wines and dessert are very well priced. ‍‍Chanice very attentive and pleasant. ‍ Dynamit opened its doors during Covid in a small place next to Plaza de la Merced, it has been in its new location on Carretería Street for 4 weeks, it is quite big Good luck to its Swedish owners, I'm sure they'll do great
