The Sambal Sotong is a bit sweet and sp... read more Authentic Portuguese style cooking. Curry sauce from Curry Deval Chicken is simply not too hot with fresh juicy chicken. The Sambal Sotong is a bit sweet and spicy than the Curry Debal Chicken, but very nicely cooked. The squids were cooked for perfection, not chewing at all. I personally recommend the Fried Brinjals because you can simply eat the crispy skin of Brinjals. It's good with the steamed rice. The Portuguese sauce Prawns is cooked with dark soy sauce and onions. Fresh shrimps with soft shells, the ladles and bowls are easy to peel.
