Tea-pop - Malabon
Tea-pop
Description
Tucked along a busy road, this budget-friendly eatery serves homey comfort dishes and an extensive milk- and fruit-tea menu. Regulars praise creamy carbonara, tasty teas, friendly owner-run service and convenient takeaway for casual meetups. Quality can be inconsistent—some fried dishes and pearls lack expected texture—and the air conditioning is often unreliable. Overall, a cozy, value-driven spot for locals seeking affordable, familiar Filipino fare rather than refined dining.

Great value for money! Conveniently located along the road and within walking distance from our place. We opted for takeout for dinner and were quite pleased with the experience.
It's a lovely restaurant! I'm not sure if they're open 24/7, but the staff is friendly, and the interior is cozy. I enjoyed dining in for breakfast.

The food is affordable compared to other places in Brgy. Concepcion. I really enjoy the wintermelon milk tea and sisig tofu. The restaurant is also within walking distance from our home, so if we're in the mood for a quick meal, we can just call in our orders and walk over to pick them up or dine in. I’m giving them a 4-star rating because the air conditioning is frequently out of order. It's either being maintained or just not functioning at all.
