Terrible experience. Waited over 2 hours for my food from Papa John's and it never arrived. I will never order from them again, and I am also reconsidering using Food Panda. Very disappointed. View all feedback.
Easy ordering experience, food arrived earlier than expected, but food was not up to expectations based on previous restaurant
Good food. But the delivery guy charged me P725 while the food panda application shows that my bill is only P616. Maybe he got confused
Awful. Food never arrived, and was over 2 hours of waiting. Will never use papa johns again - also considering not using food panda again. Disappointed
Because they use there own delivery they were late and the pizza was cold
It took them 2 hours to deliver one pizza and the pizza was cold as well! No update on ETA. Worst customer service possible.
