Feedback
I was craving for sashimi that time and the restaurant where we used to eat sashimi is currently under maintenance. We looked around and eventually found Onkei. The restaurant looks nice enough so we came in and the first thing I looked for is sashimi. The tuna and salmon sashimi was served well, looks nice, taste good. But it’s a bit pricy compared to where we eat. I had to order two servings of tuna and salmon sashimi to satisfy my cravings. The amount we paid for all my orders just for me is usually our bill out amount with the other Japanese restaurant in Glorietta 4 and we’ll all be filled. The menu isn’t that descriptive, when we ordered the other food we told the waiter what we thought the menu was describing, the waiter agreed we’re correct but when the food finally arrived it wasn’t what we had expected. Then the waiter acted like we never inquired at all. It’s very difficult to ask for assistance, there are times that the waiters were all gathered in one corner chatting, sometimes they can’t be found at all. My rating for Seattle’s Best Greenbelt 3: Place: 4 Price: 3 Ambiance: 3.5 Food: 3.5 Service: 3
