This restaurant offers fresh ingredients, including a selection of organic products. I believe there are four or five vegan stalls, such as Niyog, which features coconut kefir and other coconut-based items, as well as stalls serving samosas and curry balls. It was great to visit the Sunday market again and discover some new vegan options. I was able to find unique products that I haven’t seen anywhere else. I’m really pleased to see more local organic products available in Manila. Fresh fruits and vegetables were also on offer.
