What Teresa Goodwin doesn't like about Hap Chan:
Service was pretty fast. We ate there at 5pm on a payday Friday, before a long weekend. I got the beef brisket rice and my companion got the sweet sour pork on rice. I thought my brisket was really good, esp for its price (Php140), but my companion spat out about 2 pieces of her pork as they were too hard to chew. We also got siomai. No complaints about those. Food is always flavorful. Happy with the hakaw, spareribs and yangchow that I ordered. Sulit sa presyo.

For improvement:
The waiting time for the hakaw took longer than 10 minutes. The waiter said that the dimsum will be ready in 5-10 minutes. Maybe because we dined during lunch time.

I ordered chilled mango taho here and there were no trace of taho or whatsoever. The milk that were used here is canned milk. So disappointing.
