What type of lechon restaurant serves soggy skin to dine in clients? Furthermore, they don’t have the means, to make it crispy again. We were given some lame excuse that clients were responsible for making the skin crispy. Really? The Laing was like eating a wet towel soaked in mud. They only had disposable utensils. There was no fresh food. Everything was microwaved. The rice was also of poor quality. The only redeeming factor was that they had cold water.
