If you were to do a blind taste test, you probably wouldn’t even be able to tell the dishes were vegan—they really nailed the flavors and textures. Everything we tried hit the spot and tasted just like their meat-based counterparts. The atmosphere was alright—not particularly aesthetic if you’re looking to take cute photos, but the food was very well presented.
