The experience was extremely poor, and the delivery of meals was delayed for several hours in both cases. The meal delivered today went downstairs three times without seeing the caterer. Ask me my address again and again. I told him many times. This app has been uninstalled and is not intended to be used again. It's so infuriating. View all feedback.
Food did not arrive. Waited for more than 1 hour. Estimated time changed 3 times.
Super late even though right nearby. Had to leave for meeting before it srrived
They got the orders correctly but it was an hour late.
My order didn’t arrive. Sooooooo disappointing. This has happened SO MANY TIMES. The manager only called me THREE HOURS LATER. FIX YOUR SERVICES
You pay for extra toppings but you won't get it! Says the jonathan bautista in chatime alphaland! Lol
