Cacao's Tapsilugan is a must-try if you're in the area. My favorite is their Mix #4, which includes tapa, chicken tocino, and daing. They don't deserve 1 star. The atmosphere is good but the taste of the food is terrible. this is sisig that looks like there is only fried egg in sisig?
