This restaurant has been around in Maitland for a very long time. Currently they are open standard Chinese restaurant hours (closed Mondays) and offer a good buffet selection as a lunch option. $12.70 will get you a small bottle of coke and a large plate\container of chinese on a bed of rice or noodles. When I feel like a no fuss, fast, friendly service Chinese takeaway meal, that I don't have to travel a huge distance for I go to Kens. I tend to stick to dishes like Honey Chicken, Special Fried Rice, Curry Spring Rolls, or Short Soup. They do have an extensive menu. I have tried other dishes on the menu, but wasn't a fan of their taste, hence sticking to my favourites. I would recommend Kens for no frills, basic Ch... View all feedback.

read moreI've been here a few times and had a take away lunch special. The food is always cooked fresh and is good value. It is however quite Westernised Chinese food.
Certainly not someone I would go on date night but if you are after a quick feed at a reasonable price then you will be catered for.
Great food and quick service. 10 of us shared several dishes and the general comment was fantastic food.
