Central Park Cafe - Maitland

Close to the main CBD areas, but conveniently located in the maitland tourist information centre, this caffe offers a friendly efficient service. a beautiful selection of cakes, coffee and light meals. seating both inside and outside.

The food was fantastic again, but we were advised that the wait hour, but it extended to an hour and no one recommended us of the extended delay. in any case disappointed, keep customers advised would be appreciated!

The central park caffe used to be nice and efficient, but the last two times we visited, we waited long for our food. the food was overcooked today. there were only people at the place where we had ordered, so they were busy for a long wait. we don't give them any chances.

For lunch, we signed in with the Covid registry and placed our order at the ke counter. After waiting for about minutes, we noticed that people who ordered after us were receiving their meals before us. It took almost an hour for my burger to be brought to the wrong table, then returned to the kitchen, and finally brought to our table. My partner's fish and chips took a few more minutes to arrive. We had finished our drinks early, so my coffee was cold by the time our food came. The food was okay, but waiting an hour for it was not worth it.

I sincerely thank the staff at Jayne for their exceptional service. Despite being late to meet my aunt from a medical appointment in Newcastle, they kindly waited for us even though their kitchen was closing. The food was fresh, well-presented, and had healthy options available. The cleanliness, tidiness, and relaxing atmosphere added to the overall experience. The coffee was a perfect way to end a stressful morning. Thank you for making a difference in our day. Your efforts were greatly appreciated.
