The decor is elegantly subdued yet modern. Menu items...are modernized classics. I found their Caesar salad generous in portion and delicious. It was white asparagus season and the version I ordered with salmon was perfectly cooked: the fish, the asparagus and the potatoes. The Béarnaise sauce on the side lacked a tangy balance but I easily corrected that with a slice of lemon. There was a good selection of local wines by the glass and an interesting assortment of fruit berry eaux-de-vie. Presentation of food and dessert was elegant. Staff was attentive and professional. Overall I very much enjoyed my meal and experience here.

Apart from th... read more It's a pleasure to be back here again after years. I came to this restaurant for breakfast. The buffet has plenty of selections and champagne too. Apart from the nice breakfast I had, I would like to specially mention about the service from Christina...who served me at that time. She has done an exceptional service by listening to my needs, being attentive at all times and most importantly she always smiles. She also gave me respond every time I say thank you and I really appreciate people who always do that simple and basic manner. As I also work in the service industry, I understand how premium service works and she has been wonderful at what she does. Thus, I believe she deserves a compliment. I hope the management is aware of this and continue to support her.

All meats were very tasty and grilled at perfect temperature. The service was good and attentive. Nice wine selection, but a little pricey.

The hotel stands out for its elegant and beautiful decor, which creates a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spacious, warm, and very comfortable, with a truly comfortable bed that guarantees a perfect night's sleep. The breakfast buffet is absolutely wonderful, with a huge variety of high-quality products. The bar is also fantastic, ideal for relaxing at the end of the day. Furthermore, the staff's service is exquisite; they are always friendly and willing to help. In short, a hotel that combines luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. I highly recommend it for your stay.
