Starting with the service: no Did you have a pleasant journey? or Did you enjoy your stay? The young man at reception, with his apathy, wouldn 't be a good fit for any hotel in the world. Furthermore, the room was far too dusty, the windows were dirty, and it was extremely cold (the air conditioning 's heating function didn 't work). I would definitely choose other hotels in this area.
