We enjoyed delicious pancakes on a very pretty terrace next to the river. There is a good selection of both sweet and savoury pancakes. The only downside is that it's quite expensive for the portion size.
I had read reviews about the price etc so was expecting to pay for the views. We wanted just a drink but you can only use the terrace (the main selling point of the place) if you order crepes too. The basic sugar and lemon crepe was 3.50 euros so not bad at all. Drinks were more pricey. Peaceful spot with pretty views.
Friends had recommended this restaurant as the ideal place to taste good quality Crepes. As a group of four we visited shortly after it had opened for the day were able to sit at an outside table overlooking the river that runs close by. We each ordered a different Crepe to eat. For drinks, we each had a large white coffee. The Crepes, when served were well presented but I wouldn 't have said that they were any better or worse than I had eaten at various restaurants in France Europe. Pricewise, at an average of €8.00 for each Crepe, I thought them to be a little expensive but then you are eating in a lovely one off location. The bill came to about €46 including a tip. Service was good our waiter was a little reserved!
Mill, crêperie and restaurant. A quiet, idyllic setting where water and its hot tub are a good dish or simply a succulent crêpe. The waiting time is sometimes a little long and the reception is a little light, but the management of waiting times is to put on the quality of the food. It's not a fast food and it tastes. The parking right behind offers easy access. Low prices reflect such high quality. The detour through this address is therefore necessary naturally.
We found this watermill 30 years ago. what desolation today to see that the wheel cannot be maintained and renovated because I know it only European law. the owners of the place are disgusted not being able to keep living this historic place. They have many ideas and solutions, such as electricity production, but the regulation is opposed to it. Don't hesitate to visit this beautiful place and its museum. but above all, support the host of this place taking the time to enjoy a good crêpe on the seafront with a glass of cider.
