The atmosphere was just right, with the restaurant being quite busy for a Thursday evening. The wait staff were all friendly, professional, and lovely. The food was exceptional, especially since we were there on Lobster Thursday. We both enjoyed Salmon as our starter and lobster as our main course. For dessert, my Wife had the Sticky Toffee while I had the Peanut Parfait, both of which were delicious. We also enjoyed a bottle of Balfour Rose 2018. Thank you to The Windmill team for making my Wife's Birthday Dinner absolutely perfect.
