What Shell Dublin doesn't like about The Swan West Malling:
We have been before but we're a little disappointed this time it was a busy Saturday night and was exceptionally noisy and the food seemed pretty average compared to what we have tasted before quite bland and poorly presented. Not quite what we hoped for. View all feedback. What Opentable Diner likes about The Swan West Malling:
Perfect for Brunch with friends- selection of dishes was very pleasing and they were able to accommodate individual preferences. We all enjoyed our food and will be returning soon View all feedback.

read moreOverall, the restaurant has received mixed reviews. Some were disappointed with the noise, average food, and lackluster presentation, while others enjoyed the ambiance and selection of dishes. However, there were complaints about the lack of flexibility with orders and indifferent staff. Despite this, the menu was found to be interesting and well-designed, with prompt and attentive service. Some found the prices expensive for the quality of food received, while others praised the value of the set menu. In conclusion, the restaurant seems to have some room for improvement in terms of consistency and customer service.
Elegant 15th-century coaching inn transformed into a restaurant and bar with brasserie-style seating.
This is one of my favorite places to eat in England.
Very expensive, meant for the wealthy clientele.
