Marden Tandoori - Maidstone

Had a takeaway from this restaurant whilst staying away at an Airbnb with my wife. Ordered through Just eat, and delivery perfectly within the alloted time. I was completely surprised... Every mouthful was full of flavour... Nothing was over spiced, and all important ingredients could be tasted... Absolutely cooked to perfection. My wife isn't a great Indian food lover, but even she remained speechless at the incredible flavours that had been delivered. I cannot rave enough about what was delivered to us. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely be using them again.

We ordered a takeaway and it was so sweet far too much sugar. I phoned them to let them know and was told that there was a new chef.They did take my name but there was no mentionof compensation. We will not be using them again.

I last wrote a review in April and rated it as Good and praised the improved delivery, the review prior to that was March and then I rated it as Averge due to teething troubles I the then new delivery service, I stand by my reviews as being fair and constructively honest, sometimes people focus on the negatives when receiving critiscm but unfortunately like it or not its all part of working in public service.. I had another takeaway last night August 30th and can honestly say that the flavours and spicing were spot on, every item we ordered was cooked to perfection in every way, flavour, seasoning was good not overly salty or sweet, chicken was tender and breads and sides sublime, well done Chef and Team Marden Tandoori

Been loving in the area for over 16 years and been saying that a delivery service Indian is much needed well done Ruh for trying it out and I hope it continues, a few teething troubles to sort out but nothing major, the main two being the delivery time for a mile away from the restaurant on our delivery was almost an hour and we had to put it in the oven to warm it up so if it continues invest in insulated boxes, also the salad had sweated in the bag by being placed on what was hot containers. Having said that the curry tasted good as always and we would order again and hope deliver continues. Well done

Ignore all the other reviews, they make it sound like this is some kind of greasy spoon. This is a competent Indian restaurant, they make Indian food properly. So you have to at least give that an average rating, unless you have some kind of argument with the company. I've never been unhappy when I've left this place and I've been here several times. I think it's better than average for two reasons. I like the hot stuff and it's frankly fabulous. Unfortunately for the restaurant it is rarely full, probably because of these bad reviews, which means that you can actually hear the person opposite you talking to you, which to me is another bonus. I would be devastated if this place closed because I don't fancy any of the other ones around here, and I wouldn't go to any others. They're meticulously clean and polite, staff are lovely. You won't have any problems here.
