This caused him to not be able to find our house, despite multiple phone calls stating he had food and was at our address. When asked to describe the house he was at, he simply repeated our address and eventually hung up on us. After multiple calls and speaking with the manager, the driver finally arrived with our cold food. After a frustrating experience of trying to locate our house and eating cold food, we suffered from terrible indigestion. Unfortunately, we did not receive any sort of apology for the inconvenience.

However, last night's delivery driver was unfamiliar with the local area and could only speak a few sentences of English, making it difficult for him to locate our house. After several phone calls where he simply stated our address and hung up, we had to contact the restaurant and speak to the manager to finally get our cold food. Despite the driver's lack of communication and the food arriving cold, we never received an apology which left us with terrible indigestion.
