Ordered an Angus Burger with Fritten. I am absolutely impressed by the food presentation. The salad was very green, fresh and wavy. You open now at 6:00! People come all the time saying online says 5AM, but about 2 weeks ago the Hardee's Corporation change it to 6AM because we don't get people to come in 4! I'm sorry for the confusion that we crew members are trying to be our best too early and on time, while also training new openers!
I ordered an Angus burger with fries and was thoroughly impressed by the presentation of the food. The salad was vibrant, fresh, and beautifully arranged. It was an exceptional and satisfying meal, even with the limited staff. The quality was excellent and offered great value for the price. I will definitely return to this Morganton location. Best Hardee is the best around! The service is great, much better than the one on Highway 10. It's fast food that's memorable, and their chicken is delicious. I really enjoy the hot honey dipping sauce!
However, I revisited recently and had a terrible experience. The salad on my sandwich was wilted, and the bread was as hard as a rock. The three female employees spent about 30 minutes engrossed in personal conversations, which clearly affected the food quality. For this visit, I have to give it 1 star and I won't be returning anytime soon.
