This Bojangles needs new employees and management! The chicken has been overcooked and lukewarm several times. They short you on sides. My wife and I can't even come inside to have breakfast because they purposely lock the doors. View all feedback.
Great Chicken and sides...service or speed through drive through could be better.. but my favorite chicken..and workes are always nice.
This place is terrible. i had a curbside order that i was waiting for for 15 minutes and they never came out to give it to me. i had to walk in and ask them for it. everybody was goofing off and laughing while my order was just sitting behind the counter- cold. poorly ran place. go to a different location.
I tried the drive through when this store first opened and waited in the line for 45 minutes. I swore I would never return to this location for food. So here we go again with poor service. I used the Bojangles App and ordered our food. I parked and no one ever came out to give us our food. I had to go inside to get our food. I stood at the counter for a couple of minutes and no one even asked to help me. It was as if I was bothering their staff. Customer service goes a long ways. The vibe form the staff was that they did not want to be there. I understand that fast food is a tough business to be in but come on. I assume that there is poor management and no incentives to work here. Maybe try changes the attitudes of employees by watching what Chick-fil-A does for customer service. That is why they make more money in 5 days than most make in 7 days. I'm just saying.
The cashier Veronica doesn't know how to serve customers or is racist, she treated me very badly, she threw everything bad
Quick and fresh? great location on the way to the airport. $3 two sausage biscuits with cheese-yum!
