The environment is simultaneously elegant and welcoming, reflecting the quality of the service provided to us. We started the meal with the cover and white wine, followed by cracked eggs as a starter. Afterwards, we opted for a piece of aged pork, tender and full of flavor, accompanied by truffle mash (it has become a favorite) and rustic fries. For dessert, the deconstructed D. Rodrigo and a chocolate brownie. This was my first experience with D. Rodrigo, who was divine. The brownie with a perfect salty orange twist anything but basic. Having described what was served at the table, I can only add that Coreto is, without a doubt, a unique place, ideal for true meat lovers looking for a superior quality, but not intimidating, experience. Nothing is left to chance. I won't even mention the surrounding space in which it is located. Sublime!
