Excellent. So far the best bakery around here. I and my husband ordered 2 almond croissants and 1 eclair and the croissants ? were delicious, the best that I’d ever tasted. Eclair was good also. View all feedback.
I sampled quite a few dishes today, and each one was delicious! Everything was perfectly balanced and not overly sweet, which is exactly how I like it. I’ll definitely be returning. The owner was also incredibly friendly and helpful!
The mandel croissants were absolutely fantastic—delicious! They were fresh from the oven, flaky, and perfect! The chocolate croissants were also wonderful. Rebecca was so kind and sweet!
The almond croissants are delicious and flavorful. The shop itself is beautiful and well-maintained. The service was excellent.
Beautiful high quality bakery with beautiful owner. on Sunday at the end of the day, so was not expected to be much and was totally ok day old things in contemplating the time to get. the owner was so nice and let them know which articles were too old and I should not buy that never happens when I go to most bakeries. she really cares about the quality of her products, they can be a real love for what she does. she recommended the mango cake she just finished. that was the best cake I ever had. she said she just has really amazing organic mangos, and they can taste it. the vanilla bean in frosting was a perfect balance to the mangos. it reminds me of these expensive mango cakes I got in japan, from their luxury fruit stand in osaka. Usually I am a chocolate person, and their chocolate cake was like a chocolate cloud, super tasty, near the mango cake. everything was so light and fluffy and not too sweet. it was too easy to eat everything I bought in a session. also the cream puppets were impressive. she recommended I freeze for 30 minutes then raumtemp 5 minutes, as these were also only flowed. the cover and the tip of the biscuit. perfectly crisp and thin and the filling was like really good vanilla ice cream. they also got some brioche with extra butter and dinner rolls. I love the soft sponge texture and tasty tastes, reminds me of what we did in the French bakery school. in any case want to go back sooner when everything is fresh on camp
