Contribute FeedbackRamiro's restaurant had a mix of reviews, ranging from highly negative to overwhelmingly positive. Some customers complained about the poor quality of food, slow service, and billing issues. Despite this, other customers raved about the excellent cuisine, delicious dishes, and great service they experienced. The restaurant seems to be a popular choice for special occasions, offering fresh and tasty meals. Overall, Ramiro's appears to have a loyal customer base who enjoy the food and ambiance, with some hiccups in service and quality during peak times.
Excellent cooked filet, her vegetarian rißotto was phenomenal, especially with the garnels added! our first time there and wlhave highly recommended since, and now becomes regular! dessert was also delicious
Great place. we were here for easter and again for cinco de mayo.
We had made a reservation but still had to wait 30 minutes for our table at the restaurant. Once seated, it took another 20 minutes for our drink order to be taken. Unfortunately, when our drinks finally arrived, they were not what we had ordered. There was an additional 15-minute delay for my mom's soup, which had been forgotten. When our entrees finally arrived, I received a dish that I had not ordered and had to wait another 15 minutes for the correct one. We had all ordered the Valentine's Day set menu for $55, which was supposed to include a drink. However, we were charged for the drinks because the complimentary drink was Sangria, a fact that our server had not informed us of. We also had ordered a $32 bottle of Chardonnay, which was removed from the bill as compensation for the various issues we experienced. It was clear that the staff was overwhelmed due to the full house on Valentine's Day, and management should have ensured that there were enough employees to handle the busy night. Despite these challenges, we found the food to be exceptional and the service is usually good. We plan to return when the restaurant is not as busy.
We love Ramiro's. The food is fresh and tasty. Being able to go to a restaurant with multiple choices that are gluten-free is great. The fact that the multiple choices on the menu all sound tasty- is even better. The tuna ceviche' appetizer is absolutely delicious. we also enjoyed the calamari salad. we were there on valentine's day and it was really busy. The team approach for serving works, we were well cared for and totally enjoyed the evening. We will be back
Upon arrival told no reservation even with Open Table confirmation. Seated and told we work as team . Not sure why. Noise level was incredible. Can 't talk, wait staff even commented. Food was average for menu price. Service was horrible as the team simply failed. Twenty minute wait for coffee although wait staff was simply standing around. It was clear the restaurant does not care for their clients. No ask if everything is ok. The individual who took our order was not the person who served it and never checked to see if anything was needed. Ordered coffee with my meal. Took 15 minutes for it to arrive. Requested coffee refill at end of meal and it took even longer. In summary, the worst restaurant experience I have had in the last two or three years. I would caution anyone to give serious thought before going here. There are NO redeeming qualities. The team does not work because they do not care and are clearly not trained well.
