Even though dinner comes on on the fritz wait time wasn’t too awful. Customer service is always great.

They had no heat No signs up except for Play area closed due to no heat My husband and I took our 4 children there who are 12 6 6 and 5 on our family day out Very disappointed We drove 30 minutes since we do not have any BKs close to us at the childrens request Cold food cold in the restaurant Told the manager he shorted us a drink and he was pissy about get it for us Never Again

Really disappointed with this place anymore. Used to be a frequent stop but depending on who's working the service/food can be pretty bad. The guy who works nights with the tattoos dark hair seems like someone who should be kept working in the back. I know what it's going to be when I notice he's there. Never pleasant at all to deal with EVER. Just seems to hate his life, job or both. Cold fries food that isn't even close to being made fresh. The lady with the accent is very nice provides good friendly service when she's there. Wish they had more workers like that. Definitely won't be back

Great bk and the only one I can find so far. Very fast service and they haven't screwed up my order once yet. Very impressed considering you have to order and wait at the window but it's worth it. It seems fresh not like its been re heated like most places defiantly the best one I've been to

This place not only got the right order but also did it correctly, my nuggets were delicious and fresh, my whopper was also delicious and fresh, the food was yummy!
