Shipley Do-nuts - Magnolia

This location is no longer a Shipley's, it is now a Tasty Donut. And the donuts are no longer worth buying. They have too much frosting but the worst part is the dough is not consistently shaped, so you can end up with parts of the donuts being a centimeter thick in some spots. Crunchy donuts are not what is looked for in a standard donut. This location used to have the best donuts, soft and thick. I won't be coming back while the donuts are subpar. I do have pictures to back up my statement but there doesn't seem to be the option to add them to this review.

Friendly service. Donuts are yummy but NOT the chocolate glaze ,it doesn't taste good. Wish they used real chocolate that would be 5 stars.

Last month I gave this donut shop 4 stars, the donuts were fantastic. However, today, I was given a very old donut, it was the worst donut than I have had in years. Do not sell days old donuts for fresh , you will lose your customers.

Your service was very poor , the donuts were very mushy and very little to no glaze I took them back and she stated she couldn't give me new ones I'd have to take the cold ones she had . I have her 21 donuts back and she gave me 16 cold ones and I took them back n she gave me 12 more cold ones but this time tossed them on the counter . very unprofessional Asian/Chinese woman and this is on NORTH JACKSON
