What an amazing spot for dining and socializing. With live music and a vibrant atmosphere, this place is sure to be a big success for Magnolia. It could even help revive the area and put it back on the map. I genuinely love this establishment. Magnolia has been in need of a place like this for quite a while!

Went for a late lunch so we missed the lunch crowd. We were almost the only ones in the place. Super cool ambience. Decor and vibe was exactly what we love to see and feel in a place. Decided to sit at the bar and try a couple of local breweries. Tried the Rockhound ipa and the Peace pipe ipa. Rockhound was better. Staff was very friendly and attentive but we were the only ones for the most part. Bathroom was very cool, I loved the full length mirror. The whole place had exactly the cool vibe you'd expect from a college town. Decided to create our own pizza with pepperoni, Canadian bacon, mushrooms, and jalapeños. The jalapeños were fresh cut instead of jarred or pickled and we appreciated that. Came out looking good. First slice I had, the dough was a little more crunchy and charred than I like, but the following slices had just the right amount of chew to them. Toppings were good, but the sauce lacked a little. Didn't have that fresh tomato zing you like in a good pizza sauce. If I'm being picky, would have liked a tad more cheese to bring it all together. But overall it was good pizza and put it in an atmosphere like they got going on along with the beer on tap selection and it makes the pizza better. We will definitely be back. I'd like to try one of their specialities like the meat sweats perhaps.

However, the rest of the meal was served at room temperature and didn’t match what we ordered. The honey sriracha wings tasted like thyme and lacked any heat; I expected spice but got none. The mango habanero wings were similarly bland. The calzone and other dishes tasted overwhelmingly salty, as if a container of salt had been dumped in. It felt like all the food was just processed and reheated. Other customers at the nearby table voiced similar complaints. We spoke to the waitress about our issues, yet we still received a bill for the full amount, despite leaving more than three-quarters of our food uneaten. If there’s a chef at this location, they should be ashamed of what they’re serving. Here’s what we ordered: Bavarian pretzels, stuffed jalapeños, 15 honey sriracha wings with fries, 8 mango habanero wings with fries, 1 meatball calzone, 1 root beer, 1 dark beer, and 2 mixed drinks. In short, if you’re considering dining here, I recommend you keep looking for a better option!
