Jack In The Box - Magnolia

The staff members who always take our orders are very friendly and efficient. They have a great sense of humor and are well organized. They work faster than most other Jack in the Box locations.

The service at this restaurant is excellent! The floors are spotless, the bathrooms are regularly cleaned, and we haven't had any incorrect orders in the year that we've been coming here. I can't think of anything that could be improved upon. I wish other food establishments were on the same level as this Jack in the Box!

The service at this restaurant was very poor. The manager, Carlos, was careless and got my family's order wrong several times. He also charged me incorrectly. When I asked for the contact information of his superior, he refused to give it to me and even made excuses to avoid giving me the information. He also held onto my card and refused to give it back until I threatened to call the police. In the end, I had to return most of the food and my husband had to collect the rest.

The young man who works the drive thru is very pleasant, polite, fast and funny. the sourdough jacket was also quite good.

This place has not once ever gotten my order correct. It shouldn't be hard to make a couple of tacos without putting lettuce on it, yet they can't manage to do that.
