I want to give a shout out to 5 de Mayo Mexican restaurant, where you can enjoy some delicious food in a warm and loving atmosphere with caring owners and staff. I used to love the food at this restaurant and have been a loyal customer since they opened. However, my recent experience with my family was disappointing. They tried to charge us for items we didn't order and were extremely rude and contradictory. In the end, we ended up just paying to avoid the confrontation. It was embarrassing and unpleasant, and I will not be returning or recommending this restaurant to anyone.... View all feedback.
Place is great! love eating, server are very nice, never have to wait anymore, then 10 minutes. I've been here a long time and I've never gone down.
If I couldn't give a star, the manager would be a complete joke! we have taken food to go and one of our chicken taco plates looked like someone had dropped it and put it back in the plate whose dirt and a few small black hairs were on my tacos! o and the manager is a complete moran and a sweat and I will call the health department tomorrow.
This place needs a real help! they are nowhere near what they were before the kovid. salsa is like a warm tomato sauce. guacamole had no salt or lime juice. pastor and carnitas dry out and eat funky. yuk.
Actually, really, delicious, Mexican cuisine. Not the Tex-Mex-Kram. tacos are great, enchiladas are good, chili rellenos big, rice and be good. they have many different salsas, and they are all hot and cold. the best Mexican food I had since the move from south California.
Nice dining experience. I had breakfast it was great. Fast friendly service. The meal is hearty, so bring a big appetite.
