I've been touring all of the fish and chip shops in the City and this is one of the best ones near the strand, alongside Simply Tops on Palmer street. Although this is significantly cheaper. The store is a bit of a mess, but the battered fish and chips was top value.Don't bother dining in here, walk 30m down the road to Pallarenda park and enjoy the ocean. View all feedback.
What Mortimer O'Kon doesn't like about Bite Attack:
The store looked like a hoard lived there, there was a clutter everywhere. Beverage refrigerators had hardly any drinks in them, raw fish and other ingredients in the customer drink refrigerator also stored. No great look. Food was overpriced, fish fillet was half the size of another store in the city. Half of the menu was N/A. No Eftpos. The food was so oily, it felt like I was eating it right out of the frit. Ordered 2 pieces fish, some garnel, a small heavy and chips. everything was undercooked and the gravure tasted like vinegar. not long after I had eaten, I ended up with food poisoning. I don't know how this place is still open. I will not go back to the final!
They don't use eftpos.Burger didn't have sauce. Fish wasn't nice at all.
Not nice at all..gave me some food that no1 picked up..was just greasy
Brought 5 Pluto pups and scoop of chips. all pluto pups still half frozen NOT HAPPY
I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered a seafood basket, but was told they were out of calamari and scallops. They offered to replace them with an extra type of seafood. I also ordered a burger with the lot, which included two seafood sticks and a battered Sav. The battered Sav was broken, and not the Pluto Pups I was expecting. The hamburger was decent, but the bread roll was old and stale, and only about 3mm thick. The battered Sav was good, but the seafood sticks were overcooked.
